Patch 1.8.30 has been released with numerous notable changes, with the most significant being the revamped Moskov.
Alongside a substantial character model revamp, Moskov’s skills have undergone significant adjustments, with the most striking transformation occurring in his ultimate ability, Spear of Destruction.
According to Moonton, they have fine-tuned his ultimate to unlock more opportunities for him on the battlefield, albeit at the cost of weakening several of his other skills.

Ultimate – Spear of Destruction
In his reworked ultimate, Spear of Destruction, Moskov gains the extraordinary ability to teleport anywhere on the map.
All it takes is landing a successful hit with his spear on an enemy hero, and he can instantly relocate behind that target. This groundbreaking skill sets him apart as the first marksman hero with a global teleport ability.
These improvements significantly enhance Moskov’s capabilities in team fights and split-pushing. With his revamped ultimate, he can effortlessly split-push, swiftly join team fights, or defend a base located on the far side of the map.
Additionally, this enhancement empowers him to chase down retreating enemies, provided he successfully lands his spear.
