DPC China Winter Regional Finals: Schedule, results, format, teams, where to watch

The tournament begins on February 18.

The Dota 2 action continues with the DPC China Winter Regional Finals featuring the top four performing teams fromDPC CN 2021/22 Tour 1 Division I.

The International 10 finalist PSG.LGDdominated the region and secured a first-place finish with a perfect 7-0 record. Rival squads Team Aster and Royal Never Give up finished second and third place with both teams finishing 5-2, while EHOME clinched a fourth-place finish with a 4-3 record.

Valve shocked the Dota 2 world the sudden announcement that theDota Pro Circuit 2021/2022 Winter Major was canceleddue to “the discovery and spread of new strains of COVID-19 and the resulting increase of travel restrictions.”

To replace it,Valve will be holding the Winter Regional Finals.

The Regional Finals will take place from February 18 to 20.

Grand Final

Format of the competition

All four teams participating will play best-of-three matches in a double-elimination bracket, except the Grand Final, which will be a best-of-five series.

Event prize pool and point distribution

The tournament will have a total prize pool of US$100,000, along with a total 380 DPC point distribution.
