With the series’ final moments still fresh in mind after theMy Hero Academia mangaconcluded on July 05, 2025, a global poll titled “World Best Hero” was launched on June 11, 2025, inviting fans from around the world to cast their votes for their favorite characters.
Every character in the My Hero Academia universe, from iconic heroes to complex villains, has left an indelible mark on fans.
Now, it’s time to determine who truly reigns supreme. There is fierce competition, with countless beloved characters vying for the top spot.
What is the World Best Hero event?
It is the official My Hero Academia popularity contest, a two-stage event to determine the most beloved character from the series.
The first stage, the Main Stage, pits 278 characters against each other in a two-month voting period.
The top three contenders will then advance to the intense 24-hour Plus Ultra stage, where the ultimate champion will be crowned “THE MHA.”

To vote for your favorite hero, visit theofficial My Hero Academia popularity contest website.
You can vote once per day during the Main Stage and once per hour during the Plus Ultra stage.
