FaZe Clan’s new Valorant roster leaked before VCT NA Stage 1 qualifiers
FaZe Clan will debut its roster on January 27.
North American organization FaZe Clan has had its new Valorant roster leaked viaBattlefy’s official tournament page.
FaZe Clan’s unannounced lineup was listed down in the website’s team registry for theVCT NA Stage 1 Challengers qualifiers. The revamped roster includes former100 Thieves duelist Quan “Dicey” Tranand ex-Immortals controller player Andrew “ShoT_UP” Orlowski.
FaZe Clan revamps its Valorant team
After an unsuccessful run in the VCT 2021 season, FaZe Clan decided to revamp its Valorant roster. The team’s initial players moved on to different organizations, with Jimmy “Marved” Nguyen going toTeam Envy, whileShane “Rawkus” Flaherty signed on as Sentinels’ coachbefore theValorant Champions tournament.
The remaining players in the roster also decided to sign with different organizations prior to the start of theVCT 2022 season.Hunter “BabyJ” Schline joined 100 Thieves, while formerOverwatch pro player Corey Nigra signed with TSM.
This leftFaZe Clan’s star player, Andrej “babybay” Francisty, as the remaining player on the roster.
At the start of the offseason, the North American organization began trialing free agents. While there is no official word on the signing of Dicey and ShoT_UP, the two have been seen practicing with babybay, along with former Teal Seam players Chris “LarryBanks” Doyi and Xavier “flyuh” Carlson.
Battlefy’s leak also included former Counter-Strike veteran player Josh “JDM” Marzano as the team’s new coach.
