Does Foamstars offer a Platinum trophy?
No! Foamstars doesn’t offer a Platinum trophy at launch, similar to the upcoming Tomb Raider 1-3 Remaster. Moreover, even the twelve trophies offered in the game are very easy to obtain and hardly require any real challenge.
So, not offering a Platinum trophy for collecting the twelve trophies in Foamstars is somewhat reasonable. Nonetheless, it sure has made many PlayStation players unhappy.
When will Foamstars get a Platinum trophy?
At the moment, there is no announcement from either Toylogic or Square Enix about adding a Platinum trophy to the game. However, if the game does manage to survive long enough with a decent active player base, there is a chance we may get a Platinum trophy added to the game in future.
