Fnatic took the first game easily, with FNC Martin “Rekkles” Larsson’s Xayah managing to get over 200 creep score in just 20 minutes despite the non-stopteamfights, which greatly helped the team outplay G2. FNC Zdravets “Hylissang” Iliev Galabov’s kills using Leona also gave an early game advantage to Fnatic.

G2 managed to tie the series 1-1 in the second game, which featured zero deaths from G2 Martin “Wunder” Hansen’s Kled.

The third game saw FNC Gabriël “Bwipo” Rau’s Jax dominate the top lane, which gave Fnatic the victory. This was also the longest game in the series at 41 minutes.

However, an overpowered Sylas by G2 Rasmus “Caps” Winther once again tied the series 2-2 with a 7-1-6 total KDA by the end of the game, which was relatively better than any of FNC’s KDA combined.

The deciding game showed off G2Mihael“Mikyx” Mehle’s amazing saves with Thresh’s lanterns, which kept the team alive through most of the attempted pick-offs.

With the win, G2 Esports bagged the 2019 LEC Summer Champion title, adding another trophy to its collection after theirMid-Season Invitationalwinearlier in May.
