Gambit Esports joins Forward Gaming to qualify for the Dota Pit Minor

Six more teams have yet to qualify.

CIS team Gambit Esports is headed to Split, Croatia, to fight for a chance to compete in the MDL Disneyland Paris Major.

The Dota 2 squad beat bigger names such as Navi on its road to victory and took down Old but Gold 2:1, who are a team consisting of Dota 2 CIS veterans such as Ivan“Vanskor“Skorokhod and Ilya “Illidan” Pivcaev.

Gambit joins North American team Forward Gaming as the second team to qualify. Both teams will find out who their other six opponents are in the coming days.

The US$300,000 OGA Dota Pit Minor 2019 will run from 22 April to 28 April and will be played at the Spaladium Arena. The winning team of the tournament will get 500 DPC points and US$125,000 and qualify to join the other 15 teams at the firstDisneyland Paris Major.
