With theGhost of Tsushima Director’s Cutheading to PC platforms this May 16 via Steam, there’s the question of whether there will be a Ghost of Tsushima multiplayer mode for the game or not.

It was announced in aseries of tweetsby the game’s developer, Sucker Punch Productions that a PlayStation Network (PSN) account is required for players to access the Legends multiplayer mode in Ghost of Tsushima.

However, a PSN account won’t be required to play the single-player mode of the game.

Ghost of Tsushima’s multiplayer mode will include cross-platform play between Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 users. Additionally, linking one’s PSN account allows players to use the PlayStation overlay which gives users access their PlayStation profile, Friends List, Trophies, and other features.

To play the Ghost of Tsushima multiplayer “Legends” mode, you should first have an existing or create a PSN account to link to the game.
