How long will the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 downtime last?
Typically Fortnite’s downtimes vary depending on how big the update is. Most of the time it’s around 2 to 4 hours. But if there’s a lot of new stuff—like major map changes or new game mechanics—downtime could stretch up to 6 hours or more.
It’s been officially confirmed that the downtime for Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 will begin on June 30, 2025, at 11 p.m. ET. If everything goes as per the plan, the maintenance will end on July 06, 2025, at 5 a.m. ET and you can finally play the new season.
This should give Epic Games enough time to roll out all the new content stabilize the servers and fix any last-minute bugs.
