To unlock this SMG, you have to completesector 6 of the Season 5 Battle Pass. Since its the final reward in the sector, you need to spend five BP tokens to get the smaller rewards and the base weapon.
Moreover, you must progress through sectors 1, 3, and 5 to reach sector 6.
