How to unlock the new Lachmann Shroud in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2
A new SMG enters the battlefield.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2Season 5 Reloadedis on the horizon, and with it comes some brand new weapons including the Lachmann Shroud submachine gun.
Given this is potentially one of the last updates prior to the launch ofModern Warfare 3, fans are hopeful that the game goes out with a bang.
In this article, we’ll be going over how you’re able to grab the new weapon when the season drops on August 30.
The only way to unlock the Lachmann Shroud SMG in Season 5 Reloaded
Activision describes the new SMG as a “stealthy and lethal 9mm submachine gun” that “features burst and semi-auto fire modes which allow for considerable mobility and stopping power out to mid-range,” making it already sound intriguing enough.
It is essentially a stealthier version of the already popular Lachmann SMG. Fans are hoping this new weapon will be able to provide more options to compete against the current dominating short-range weapon,the ISO 45.
To gain access to the new Lachmann Shroud SMG, players will need to complete all four initial Sector E0 challenges in the Battle Pass, and get 30 operator hip-fire kills with SMGs when Season 5 Reloaded drops.
In addition to the new SMG, the update will also bring in the 9mm Demon and the Pickaxe as new weapons. That’s not all though, theArmored Royale limited-time modereturns alongside theFort Resurgence mapand mode.
