Japan Esports GT Grand Prix returns for a second season with a US$50,000 prize pool

The competition kicks off in December.

The JEGT Grand Prix had a successful inaugural season last year, bringing together professional racers and JEGT-certified sim racers in a thrilling Pro-Am competitive environment.

Last year’s competition featured Super GT driver Jann Mardenborough, but it was sim racer Takuma Miyazono who took home the grand prize.

Season 2 of the JEGT Grand Prix will begin on December 19, with four rounds each for the individual and team race categories, leading to the Grand Final in March 2021. Below is a more detailed breakdown of the schedule:
