Activision has released the patch notes for the mid-season update and it has brought in some noticeable adjustments.

All weapon buffs and nerfs in MW3 Season 4 Reloaded patch notes
Compared to previous seasons, Season 4 Reloaded has introduced less adjustments to weapons.
The only major nerf in this patch has included the FJX Horus submachine gun, while the Carrack .300 sniper rifle has had its range damages adjusted.
