How to start the Boy Just Wanna Have Fun quest
To trigger the quest, you have to visit High Banks. You can see its exact location in the image below.
Once you enter the lobby of the central building, you’ll find a note on the entrance.
After you interact with the note, the Boys Just Wanna Have Fun quest will start, and three locations will appear on the map.
Each location will give you a number, which, in the end, will form the passcode for the lockbox that you’ll encounter later.

Now, if you’re here, it means you don’t plan to crack the code yourself. So, you may just go ahead and enter 325 in the lockbox to open it.
It is, however, important to note that the lockbox initially appears to have a four-digit passcode. But you only need a three-digit code for it.
Keep in mind that the lockbox isn’t located inside the same building where you find the note.
