ONIC PH drops ChooxTv in a surprise move, MPL PH immediately takes action

ONIC PH just dropped a bomb a day before the third week ofMobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines Season 10(MPL PH Season 10).
Streamer and content creatorEdgar “ChooxTv” Dumalihas parted ways with the organization, it announced yesterday on itsFacebook page.
Chooxtv, who’s known for his ingenious off-meta picks and wacky antics on his livestream, was recruited after ONIC underwent amajor roster overhaulin the offseason. However, he was nowhere to be seen since the season started three weeks ago.
The MPL PH league operation committee responded with a statement regarding the content creator’s sudden departure.

According to the Operations Committee, ONIC PH violatedrule 6.1of the General Roster Change Policy in the rulebook and will be penalized accordingly.
The rule states that “teams are not allowed to unilaterally terminate Player Service Agreement arbitrarily.”
“MPL PH Season 10 Operations Committee seeks to uphold the highest standard of professionalism and fairness to ensure we deliver the best esports experience to our beloved community,” the organizers wrote.
The yellow hedgehog squad will face the stacked Blacklist International later at 6 p.m. GMT+8 and Smart Omega tomorrow, at 6 p.m. GMT+8. All three teams are tied with eight points and are currently on top of the standings.
