In the Losers Quarterfinals, facing Brian “Brian_F” Foster’s Balrog, Punk pulled off this ridiculous counter CA to win the game. While Punk was clearly baiting out Brian_F’s charge punch, Punk’s reaction speed to counter it within just frames of its startup is on another level.
