Red Canids star Lunna announces break from competitive Mobile Legends

Red Canids’Victor “Lunna” Monteirohas announced he will not be participating in the upcomingMobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional LeagueBrazil Season 2 (MPL BR Season 2).
Red Canids roamer Lunna’s shocking announcement on his absence at MPL BR Season 2
The roamer released the shocking announcement on hisFacebook page,thanking everyone for supporting him in his professional MLBB journey.
“I come to thank everyone who accompanied me during the S1 of Brasil, Liga LATAM, and [M3 World Championship] for all the support,” he wrote.
He didn’t disclose why he’ll be skipping MPL BR Season 2, although he said he has “other plans” that he “will disclose soon”.
“Thank you for everyone’s understanding and let’s go up!” Lunna wrote.
Lunna’s achievements in the professional Mobile Legends: Bang Bang scene
The star roamer has been a pivotal player for Red Canids’ dominance in the LATAM region.
Known for his impressive map control and in-game knowledge, Lunna led his team to win the inauguralMPL BR Season 1last year against Keyd Stars in the grand final, securing a slot at theM3 World Championship.
In the same year, his team also dominated Liga Latam, the first-ever MLBB western regional tournament outside of Southeast Asia, winning against fellow Brazilians Keyd Stars once again in the grand final.
Red Canids’ tournament winning streak would eventually end after placing 13th-16th at the M3 World Championship.
Red Canids haven’t announced their final roster for MPL BR Season 2.
