Riot is making an animated series based on League of Legends
The series will be released in 2020.
Along with a new card game,a tactical shooter,a fighting game, andmobile versions of TFTand League of Legends, Riot Games has announced a new animated series called “Arcane” based on League of Legends.
According to Riot, the series will be set in “utopian Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun” and will star “two iconic League champions”.
Riot has been making some of the industry’s best animated cinematics for years, so it will be interesting to see what its animation team can do with a whole series worth of content.
