Fortnitelatest in-game event features a new Borderlands-inspired Rift Zone.
The Fortnite X Mayhem gameplay update comes with a new location based on the planet Pandora (the main location for the Borderland games) and can be found at the oasis near Paradise Palms.
Players who participate in the event can acquire event-limited cosmetics featuring the mutant bandit Psycho as a skin and the robot Claptrap as a pet. The Psycho Bundle, which includes these two, can be purchased on the store using V-bucks or by pre-ordering Borderlands 3 on the Epic Games Store.
Aside from the cosmetics, free rewards can be obtained from different themed-challenges inside the Pandora Rift Zone.
Fortnite X Mayhem is available to all players until September 10.
