Trashbox is the first player to reach 1 million League Points in Street Fighter V ranked

No one else is even remotely close.

Kensuke “Trashbox” Ishikawa has just reached a new Street Fighter V: Champion Edition milestone by reaching a grand total of 1,000,000 LP in the game’s online ranked mode.

After streaming for around four hours online, he reached his target League Points number after defeating a diamond ranked Seth player online. When Trashbox checked the online leaderboard, it appeared as if the system didn’t know what to do as his number was greyed out.

Trashbox achieved his goal by using his main character, Birdie, while playing in the Japanese online servers — arguably the most difficult online region to compete in. He is also currently ranked as a Warlord, which is the highest attainable title in ranked matches.

It’s hard to imagine just how much time and effort Trashbox has put into playing online ranked matches considering the second-place player is only at 747,931 LP points.
