The roster will not be sticking together.

Vikin.gg has announced that it is releasing its entire Dota 2 roster.

The statement came after the team was unable to secure a spot forThe International. At the recently completed TI10: Western Europe Qualifier, Vikin.gg lost 2-1 against OG in the upper bracket and then exited the tournament after losing to Chicken Fighters 2-0 in the lower bracket.

The tournament was ultimately won by OG.

We made the hard decision to part ways with our current roster:@boomdota,@Shad_Dota,@KheZu,@AramisDota2,@Seleri4096and@ImmortalFaithd.We’re proud of everything we’ve achieved together and we wish them nothing but the best.Thank you for your support so far❤️#VikingWaypic.twitter.com/tBJeK1Ag0t

The team’s coach, Daniel “ImmortalFaith” Moza, confirmed that the roster will not be staying together, making all players free agents. It’ll be interesting to see which org tries to recruit them.

Got asked quite often what i’ll do next, i’m not sure yet, will take a small break, chill with a bit of casual coaching.Ex.@GGVikinroster won’t be continuing together in the future, I wish all of them best of luck, grateful i got to work with such amazing talents! ♥️

With The International delayed tillOctober, we can expect the next Dota Pro Circuit season to start in December or early next year. This hopefully gives the players enough time to prepare for the next season.
